Astrid is an Irish yogini and nidrista living in Bristol, using yoga nidra, breathwork and restorative yoga to support my recovery from Long Covid, and teaching these practices to you to bring radical rest into your life.

Classes

With classes inspired by her love of nature, full of humour and warmth, Astrid’s teachings will make you feel nurtured, relaxed, and restored. As a yoga teacher with Long Covid, Astrid particularly welcomes people with chronic illnesses and disabilities to learn to regulate their nervous system with restorative yogic techniques.

Yoga Nidra

Astrid teaches imaginative yoga nidra, restorative breathwork, gentle yogic stretches, and mindful yogic techniques to restore balance and calm to the nervous system. She is warmly welcoming to disabled people, LGBTQIA+ folk, BBPoC and anyone else who particularly needs a safe space to rest just as they are, to build resilience and communities of care.
